Meet Millis
Construction
For over 30 years, Millis Construction has helped homeowners improve their homes with dependable workmanship, honest communication, and attention to detail.
Millis Construction focuses on helping homeowners with window installation, window replacement, doors, and exterior finishing work throughout the Madison area. As a certified Pella window contractor in1992, Bill provides trusted product sourcing, sales, and installation backed by decades of experience.
Our Story
Millis Construction was built on a simple idea: quality work and honest service still matter.
After spending decades in construction and subcontracting, Bill started Millis Construction to provide homeowners with a more personal experience. Instead of working with large crews or high-pressure sales teams, customers work directly with someone who understands the trade, values craftsmanship, and takes pride in every detail.
From the first measurement to the final walkthrough, every project is approached with care, professionalism, and respect for the homeowner’s space.
